Kathy has more than thirty years of experience in customer service and store management. In her personal life, she is passionate about health and wellness and has a gift for teaching others. She enjoys walking, working out, cooking, traveling, and listening to music (often while doing all of the above). She loves meeting new people and helping them live their best lives.

Kathy hosts several weekly classes at Renew Wellness, including Frequency Fridays, a fun and energetic session centered around the BioCharger, and Mindful Mondays, where participants are encouraged to bring their favorite coffee and a Bible to enjoy devotion, prayer, and fellowship.

An integral part of the staff, Kathy is often referred to as the "glue" that holds the team together. She resides in Calabash with her husband, Wayne.
