As a Nurse Coach and Educator, Kate strives to teach simple, yet transformative techniques that will dramatically improve patients' health outcomes.

As an RN, Kate has worked in a variety of professional specialty areas, including, but not limited to, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Telemetry, Holistic Nursing, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Kate has also completed numerous courses and seminars in Holistic Healing Methods, Nutritional Consultation, Quantum Healing, and is an Ageless Grace Educator, a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and a Holistic Nurse.
